Returns Policy
You may return goods sold by Dance Unlimited within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
A refund or an exchange will be given only if the returned goods are in a resaleable condition, with all the original packaging, including tags. Due to hygiene reasons tights and underwear cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
Any Item that have been worn.
Item has worn, scruff marks
Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
As the Buyer you are responsible for the postage cost of returned items and we recommend that you use Recorded Post. We are not responsible for any parcels lost and therefore under these circumstances we will not be able to refund you or exchange the goods.
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of the postage. However if you require a different item, instead of a like for like replacement, then we will charge you standard postage, we will also do this if you add to your original order.
We offer refunds only on merchandise, we do not refund postage. Refunds will be issued between 5-10 days once item is received back. For exchanges please fill in the returns form which is available to download here (opens in new window).

Delivery
We aim to send out all orders within 3 - 7 working days of being placed. Subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class within Great Britain only.
Out of Stock Items
We aim to always fulfil your orders, however, there are times when goods will be temporarily out of stock. When this happens we will email you and we may either offer you an alternative or inform you of a new expected delivery date. Only if absolutely necessary will we cancel your order. It is always our best intention to offer the very best customer service. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee Specific deadlines.
School Delivery
If your school is working in partnership with us then delivery can be made directly to your dance school for collection. Please enquire with your school directly if they are part of the school delivery scheme.
